Your Role: Allround Designer

Design is at the heart of how fans, creators, and brands experience WOW. As an Allround Designer, you’ll be responsible for the full visual and creative translation of our platform and our communications. You’ll independently run the entire design process: from UX/UI for our SaaS product to brand identity, animations, campaigns and pitch decks.

You are senior enough to guard our design vision and translate it into development, while still being hands-on enough to execute everything yourself, from prototypes to social visuals.

What you’ll do

• Design UX and UI flows in Figma for our SaaS product (app & web)
• Translate product ideas into pixel-perfect designs for the development team
• Develop and safeguard our brand identity
• Create visual content for marketing & sales: social posts, ads, animations, and pitch decks
• Edit short-form videos and create simple but powerful motion graphics
• Maintain and improve our Webflow website (experience with similar tools is sufficient, Webflow is a plus)
• Be a creative sparring partner for the entire team: you’ll raise everything to the next visual level

What you bring

• 5+ years of experience as a designer, with a focus on UX/UI and Product Design
• Strong expertise in Figma, including component libraries and prototyping
• Broad skill set: graphic design, branding, motion/animation, video editing, content creation
• Experience with Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Knowledge of and experience with tools like Webflow or similar CMS design platforms
• Ability to work independently, keep an overview, and set the right priorities
• Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment: creative, pragmatic, and entrepreneurial
