At World of WOW, you’ll help build the platform for the creator economy — a place where creators, artists, athletes and actors like Kalvijn, Giel de Winter, Nienke Plas, Simon Keizer, Frank Lammers, Robbie van de Graaf and Rico Verhoeven engage their fans and grow their personal brand.

WOW equips them with tools to perform long-term and build real communities.

Right now, we’re working on WOW Business — an AI-driven solution for brands to collaborate more intelligently with creators. With technologies like theme-based matching, explainable AI, probabilistic forecasting and real-time insights, we’re building a platform that makes influencer marketing predictable and scalable. Our data strategy is rooted in transparency, first-party integration, and a scalable cloud setup — laying the foundation for a future-proof business model to be validated with early customers by September 2025.

What you’ll do
As an AI intern, you’ll work on both external product features and internal AI automation. You’ll design intelligent tools that make influencer marketing smarter — and streamline the way our team operates behind the scenes.
You will:

• Prototype AI Agents that support creator-brand matchmaking, brief writing, or content recommendations
• Design internal agents that assist with reporting, CRM follow-ups, or automated growth experiments
• Work with LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.) to explore new flows and UX for smart tooling
• Improve our NLP models for topic clustering and campaign classification
• Translate AI outputs into actions — via platform integrations, dashboards or automated reports

Who you are

• You’re excited by AI Agents, automation and smart system design
• You have experience with Python, APIs and AI/ML libraries — or are quick to learn
• You love both technical tinkering and real-world impact
• You’re independent in execution, but collaborative in mindset
• Bonus if you follow the latest in LLMs, AI workflows, or agent-based architecture
